In order to prepare for another century of business, we have been undergoing a large property upgrade.

plaques and bricks. We’ve been honored to continue this display into the next generation of the saloon.
As part of our recent property renovation, we started the process of moving some limestone pieces, many engraved with names, stories or logos, from the back of the property to a more prominent, respectful, accessible and permanent area in the front. Unfortunately, some of the thin sandstone plates broke during the process. So, the Pioneer is getting these plaques fixed or replaced at our own expense.
We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this special placement area that
will proudly display these engraved bricks and plaques. We have very limited contact information in regards to these engravings, so if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly via email and we will be happy to share
updates.

Dedications and memorials, such as this piece that tells the incredible true story of the 'Green Hats' in Afghanistan, will be more prominently displayed in the front of the property, along the main street, lit up at night and accessible 24 hours.

Folks who paid to have their names engraved on large slabs of limestone will be able to see them displayed in the front of the property next to other memorials with 24 hour access.

Vendors, companies and other organizations who paid to have large plaques displayed will be able to see them on a brick wall just to the right of our new US Flag painting (see next picture).

This wonderful painting by local artist, Shawn Ealy, was commissioned by the Pioneer and is now displayed on the parking lot facing side of the new kitchen building and next to some of the organizational plaques.

We created new parking for our disabled veterans and anyone who needs accessible parking at the front of the property so folks have much easier quicker access to the front door of the Saloon and General Store.

A new, permanent ADA compliant bathroom building is complete with plenty of room for wheelchair access or if you just want more privacy. We still have our classic, early 20th century bathrooms inside the Saloon if you don't need the extra space or privacy.
