We generally cook up fresh crawfish with a yummy old fashioned Louisiana-style boil that includes corn and potatoes. But, if crawfish is out of season, we'll substitute it with another tasty choice, like shrimp.

We'll be celebrating with New Orleans' Pat O'Brien's Hurricanes, authentic Cajun & Creole dishes, mardi gras beads, and King Cakes from Gambinos. It's not required but we encourage folks to dress up or accessorize with traditional Mardi Gras colors: purple, green and/or gold. It's all ages until 6 PM, then 18 and over. The Saloon is always 21 and over. No cover/Free entry.
Live Music starting at Noon
We'll be cranking things up with beads & drinks while the Vegas Strip Kings, featuring New Orleans saxophonist and Grammy winner, Jimmy Carpenter, jam out some amazing Louisiana-influenced music. Frankie Lee & The Infernos takes the stage next to continue great live music during the party. Festivities continue and the Saloon will serve drinks until (at least) midnight.
