We generally cook up fresh crawfish or shrimp with a yummy old fashioned Louisiana-style boil that includes corn and potatoes.

Pioneer Saloon's Old Man Liver & Mama Dukes would like to invite you to celebrate Carnival with us in the Desert. We'll have New Orleans' Pat O'Brien's Hurricanes, authentic Cajun & Creole dishes, mardi gras beads, and King Cakes from Gambinos. It's not required but we encourage folks to dress up or accessorize with traditional Mardi Gras colors: purple, green and/or gold. It's all ages until 6 PM, then 21and over. The Saloon is always 21 and over. No cover/Free entry.
Live Music starting at Noon
We'll be cranking things up with beads & drinks with live music from 12 noon to 10 pm. Festivities continue and the Saloon will serve drinks until (at least) midnight. Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!
