Halloween Season Events

The Ghost Burger was introduced more than a decade ago to provide a spicy tribute to our home ghost town of Goodsprings as well as all the paranormal activity that many folks associate with the Pioneer Saloon. This now famous tasty sensation has been featured on the food network and countless other TV shows, articles & streaming outlets.

The burger is made with our own proprietary Ghost Sauce, made from real ghost peppers. The process for making the sauce is done in steps with different people involved in various phases to help keep the recipe a secret. 

We use a fresh ¼ pound angus beef patty, mixed with our own exclusive Old Man Liver Red Menace™spice mix, and topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno bacon.

Don’t be scared to give it a taste while you are at the Pioneer. The Ghost Burger is a mouth-watering experience you can’t get anywhere else.

 The more painful & scary cousin to the Ghost Burger, the Poltergeist, introduced in 2022, contains a 1/4 lb Angus beef patty topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapenos, jalapeno bacon, famous ghost sauce  (derived from ghost chili peppers), and a dash of Old Man Liver's house-made, Habanero pepper-based Yummy As F**k Sauce. Make it a double or triple for $4 per patty. Sprinkle on some Dave's Insanity Sauce from the Salt Bar inside the Saloon if you really want to torture your stomach.
